1K GALVANIZED STEEL COATING 

Currently, galvanized steel coating has become very popular. The galvanized steel paint reduces oxidation, improving galvanized iron durability. 

This coating aims to protect iron and steel from rusting at the welds while preventing the zinc layer from oxidizing over time. On the market today, there are 2 main types of galvanized iron paint:

+ 1-component galvanized iron coating (1k Acrylic paint)

+ 2-component galvanized iron coating ( PU paint)

Besides normal color paints, 1K galvanized steel coating can be used to create a sparkling and beautiful appearance for equipment made from galvanized iron.

Similar to other galvanized paints, 1K Acrylic galvanized steel coating must meet all the requirements for a paint product in terms of appearance such as color, coverage or physical and mechanical properties, anti-rust, and weather-resistant. Moreover, it should meet the adhesion requirement on galvanized surfaces.

The emulsion paint uses emulsions, metal effect powders such as silver emulsions, copper emulsions, aluminum emulsions to create color, reflection, and appearance effects. twinkle.

During construction and production, it is necessary to pay attention to technical factors such as:

Type of resin used (low acid index resin should be used for emulsifying paint because the highly acidic resin can affect emulsion color during storage), emulsion dispersion method, type of emulsion used (emulsion powder, paste).

When applying, it is necessary to pay attention to the emulsion paint to dilute the solvent so that the paint film has a light and flat color. It is recommended to use polar solvents when spraying or directional additives to help orient the emulsions evenly and beautifully.

After applying the finished paint sample to the template, the product samples undergo a rigorous quality assessment process to ensure that the paint quality is up to the standard. The product quality will be based on appearance, gloss, impact strength, hardness.
