This is not only the occasion to exchange, review the past distance but also the occasion to show grateful attitude to the employees who have been trying their best, accompanying and devoting to Mega over the past years and in the coming years.

To have Mega like today, Mega faced with many difficulties and challenges. But such difficulties always open development opportunity for people who know how to take full advantage, be patient, strive and try their best, thus the difficulties are always overcome to have success.

The party was organized at Long Viet restaurant - Huynh Thuc Khang and lead by 2 MCs Van Viet and Thanh Huyen.

At the first part, the Organizing Board brought a special thing, Ms. Cong introduced to all people the photograph tree - there were photographs of all employees of Mega, everybody could write their impression there with the wishes and messages to send to the Company.

Closing the beginning part of the program, all people took photograph to retain the memorable moments

At 11h, the party officially started with the introduction about the esteemed guests: parents of the Board of Directors and spouses who were relatives of the employees in the Company.

Next, all people watched the video to look back a period of 1 year of Mega, they were activities which happened daily such as recording the birthday of each individual, activities which happened quarterly such as quarterly birthday party, teambuilding or big activities of the Company such as Study encouragement, vacation, all activities were consolidated via video… the laughs as having joyful moments, the glints could not hide the moved feeing as looking back the past moments. All things were due to the leadership of the Steering Committee of Mega and incessant efforts of the employees in the company.

And all people were accumulated after the speech of the chairman of Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Liem Hieu:

“Congratulate 6 years of establishing Mega company, wish the company being strong, developed and developed on many criteria, this is the joy of the company and also the joy of all people. I wish all people health, happiness and success in all fields. The next word is the thanks, on behalf of the Steering Committee, thank you for the worry, share and contribution to make the company develop like today, thank all of you for your belief to the company and mutually gather to make the company develop and be stronger. Up to now, we have experienced 1 year in comparison to the second 5-year plan, we can understand the first 5-year plan is the process of germinating and building the background of the company, the second 5-year plan is to stretch and develop more, as we know, the society is boiling with the start-up spirit, technology spirit in industrial development 4.0 and like this, in the turning circle of the development, such turning circle does not wait for anyone and so does our company, we need the change, if we do not change, do not refresh ourselves, we will be backward. There is a sentence: the strength of a herb of wolves is in each wolf, the strength of each wolf is in the herb of wolves. This is the message which the Steering Committee wants to send to all people. Once again, thank you very much!”

Marking the benchmark of 6 years, the Board of Directors and Heads of divisions together poured the wine, all staff raised the glasses to congratulate, wish Mega company more development and success.

To congratulate the anniversary of 6 years of establishing the Company, the esteemed guests also had significant gifts to send to the Board of Directors

One month before the ceremony, the Organizing Board launched the contest “Mega beauty” to respect the intelligence beauty, appearance and convey the messages about Mega, today is the day to award the prizes to excellent individuals. Ms. Hue - Board of Directors won the first prize, Ms. Linh - Sales department won the second prize, Ms. Tra - Accounting department worn the third prize with the prize structure of 1,000,000 VND, 500,000 VND, 300,000 VND respectively. And another prize which cannot be lacked in the annual anniversary is the prize “Mega’s Men” for the man who has the best slogan, the prize of this year belong to Mr. Viet with the slogan “Please change all except for wife and children”, that means not to mind completing and refreshing ourselves. At noon, all people had a joyful lunch together, ate, drank, talked and raised the glasses to congratulate 6-year-old Mega                                                                                   

The party was mixed with items of local letters and arts, amateur singers sang immortal songs with very high scores of 98, 99 and the people won the top position with 100 scores were two golden singing voices named Pham An - Cao Huyen with the prize value of 400,000 VND

6 years - a period which is not too long but it is big enough for Mega Viet Nam Chemical Company Limited to build the achievements, the staff to accompany together on a front line and it is enough to create the belief of the partners, customers and suppliers. Such factors contributed to forming a sustainable Mega. The anniversary happened successfully, although the time was not long, it was enough for members to retain the memorable moments. Mega has been changing daily and will record more achievements.
