1. Why should anti-settling agents be used in the production of solvent paints?
Pigments and fillers are usually about 10-20 microns in size, they are not linked together, so during the stirring process, these powder molecules have the phenomenon of settling to the bottom of the barrel when kept in storage when not used for a long time. To solve this issue, manufacturers use anti-settling agents.

Anti-settling agents can be defined as minerals that have the effect of creating multilateral bonds to support fillers and pigments to reduce deposition.

2. Megative anti-settling agent 3299
Currently, there are many types of anti-settling for paint on the market, but anti-settling is divided into two main types: natural and synthetic.

+ The commonly used natural anti-settlement type is bentonite based on natural ore.

+ The commonly used synthetic anti-settlement type is the original fumed silica from the pyrolysis process SiO2.
