What is luminous paint?

Luminous paint is also known as phosphorescent paint. Phosphorus is a form of luminescence in which phosphor molecules absorb light, converting the energy of photons into the energy of electrons in a higher-energy but stable quantum state in the molecule. so that the electron then slowly drops to a lower-energy quantum state and releases some of the energy back in the form of photons.

Simply put, luminous substances will absorb the light of day to shine at night or in a dark place.
