LEARN ABOUT THE WOOD PAINT PROCESS ON FURNITURE

1. Sanding and treating the wood surface

3. Re-sanding and applying 2nd primer layer

Drying time is 25 - 30 minutes.

4. Color spray

Spray color to create product color. This is the decisive step to the color of the product, so the color mixing by computer or directly is taken care of by experienced painters. The product is painted twice in a closed room, avoiding dust or air circulation.

5. Surface polishing

After completing step 4, wait for the paint to dry, a layer of paint is applied to the color paint layer to create gloss for the surface of the product, making the surface of the product stretchy and beautiful, improving the product value.

6. Preservation

Leave the product after completing the PU coating process in a dry place for 12 to 16 hours for the whole painting process. PU paint resists water very well and also makes wooden furniture products more beautiful and prominent, but still attracts dust, so you have to regularly wipe the dust.
