Organization of birthday party for staff on the birthday and every quarter has become a beautiful feature in the corporate culture of the Mega Viet Nam Chemical Company Limited to encourage the spirit of staff, and create the joyful, friendly atmosphere so that the departments will exchange and attach to each other. The birthday of each person is always a big joy, in Mega, such joy is shared to all members in the birthday party.

MEGA VIETNAM ORGANIZED BIRTHDAY PARTY IN QUARTER 2 FOR STAFF
To the appointment moment, Mega was bustling to organize the birthday party for the employees whose birthdays were in quarter 4 in the afternoon of 22/11/2018. The birthday party was organized at Loc Vung restaurant. Everybody had a joyful, happy party, the bright smiles on the lips of the members were driving force for Mega to further maintain this significant activity. At the party, the Board of Directors sent the birthday congratulation words to the “main” characters, and encouraged Mega community to try their best and build the Company increasingly developed.
After the lunch, everybody moved to karaoke shop, all people sang many songs and together expressed many singing voices with internal force.

The birthday cake was brought out, the birthday song was sung by all people to wish the employees whose birthday were in quarter 4 having a very joyful, happy birthday and success on their chosen way.
Next, the gifts were sent by the Steering Committee to the employees of the company with the wish “Wishing you a happy and joyful birthday”

The Organizing Board of the program organized a signing contest to increase the solidarity and heat the program, the impressive items of solo, duet singing and group singing were sung.
The contest was very thorny, impressive prizes were awarded: the best solo, the best duet singing, the best group singing, in addition, there were disaster prizes to encourage all people to sing.

A birthday party was complete, the Quarterly birthday program ended, but many good feelings were still in the heart of each staff. This cultural good feature will be the driving force for Mega family incessantly trying and conquering the challenge in the front.
