3. Job description

Manage employees to ensure the completion of the department's goals, functions, and tasks.

- Responsible for recruitment, training, and related HR activities.

- Support the Board of Directors to develop the Process, Regulations, and Regulations of the Company and supervise the implementation of the employees.

- Building activities to develop the company culture

- Perform other tasks as requested by the Company's leaders

4. Job requirement

 - Graduated from University with majors: Law, Economics, Communication, Human Resource Management.

- At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative work.

- Mastering knowledge of Laws related to Administrations and Human resources

- Experience in processes, policies, administrative systems, and human resources

- Skills: leadership, educating; problem-solving; reporting, and analysis.

- Qualities: Dynamic; enthusiastic; Logical and creative thinking.
