1. What is UV paint, the outstanding advantages of UV paint.

UV paint is a type of paint that, after being painted on wooden surfaces (with a spray gun or brush) will dry (also known as curing) through UV rays (ultraviolet rays).  It is a substance that acts as a curative agent. Based on applications and properties, we classify some common monomers as follows:

+ Tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) is a colorless or light yellow transparent oily liquid, this product is a multifunctional monomer with low skin irritation, low shrinkage, and high activity. As a reactive diluent used in UV radiation crosslinking, it can become a component of crosslink polymerization and can provide optical films with flexibility and better stability.

+ Dipropylene glycol diacrylate (DPGDA): Low volatility and viscosity combined with acrylate oligomers for high curing rates.

+ Hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) is a colorless liquid with a high boiling point, low viscosity, water resistance, weather resistance, good dilution ability, and high strength.

+ Trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid with high crosslinking density widely used in light-curing inks, surface coatings, enhanced wear resistance, adhesion, and high gloss. There is an improved EO-TMPTA with similar performance and low viscosity and high curing speed, reducing skin irritation. Effective in using flat ink, overprint varnish.

+ Diethulene glycol dipropylene phthalate (PDDA): is a multifunctional functional monomer with a high boiling point, low volatility, widely used in light-curing inks, coatings, photosensitive plastic sheets, etc.

+ Neopentyl glycol diacrylate (NPGDA) is a colorless clear liquid with strong dilution and anti-wear, anti-scratch function, applied to radiation curing coatings, inks, adhesives, and photosensitive plastic sheets.
