CPP CLOTHING ADDITIONAL FOR PRINTING INK, PAINT

 1. Introduction of CPP plastic

CPP resin is a non-toxic light yellow granular solid, depending on the difference in chlorine content, its melting point is generally between 80 ~ 160 ℃ and decomposition temperature 120 ~ 200 ℃. It is easily soluble in some organic solvents such as halogenated hydrocarbons, toluene, acetic ether, butanone, ester, etc. and it has high hardness and good wear resistance, acid resistance, salt water resistance, and aging prevention properties.

 2. Applications

Use as the main resin of the ink for intaglio printing on BOPP film (biaxially oriented polypropylene).

Can be coated for BOPP film and used as a binder for double layer PP film or PP film coated paper in the packaging industry.

Can be used as an adhesive for coatings on polypropylene profiles.
