PEPSI WITH PACKAGING 100% FROM RECYCLED PLASTIC FIRST APPEARS IN VIETNAM

On April 14 in Hanoi, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage Co., Ltd held a press conference on the occasion of the first launch of Pepsi 330ml in packaging made from 100% recycled plastic in the Vietnam market.

This is a breakthrough initiative, part of the series of innovative activities of Pepsi and Suntory PepsiCo brands towards the goal of sustainable development.

The leadership representative of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam listened to the exchange of journalists and shared about recycled plastic packaging products.

Pepsi 330ml plastic bottle product launched with a new look through the application of technological innovations (plastic recycling) to packaging (rPET). This is also the development of globalization. In advanced countries, the use of products/packaging from recycled plastic (rPET) has become a new consumption trend.

Pepsi 330ml plastic bottle product launched with a new look through the application of technological innovations (plastic recycling) to packaging (rPET). This is also the development of globalization. In advanced countries, the use of products/packaging from recycled plastic (rPET) has become a new consumption trend.

Pepsi packaging from recycled plastic is environmentally friendly, has undergone rigorous processing and testing, and meets the standards of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam in the food industry, the Food Administration and FDA, and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), as well as meeting global standards for food safety, hygiene and sensory attributes of PepsiCo corporation (USA).

At the press conference, the General Director of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam said that the company always focuses on improving products and making production processes more environmentally friendly.
