RECRUITMENT INFORMATION - ACCOUNTANT POSITION

1. Recruitment position: Accountant -  02 employees.
2. Job Description:

- Enter accounting transactions into Misa software

- Check input invoices. Output e-invoice.

- Follow up and compare debts of customers and suppliers.

- Follow up on inventory import and export, compare with warehouse keeper. Inventory and report monthly.

- Performing transactions with the bank: payment procedures, disbursement, guarantee, mortgage, account opening, and closing...

- Perform asset tracking, tools, and equipment. Quarterly inventory and reporting.

- Calculating the cost of projects.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Make other reports as requested by superiors.

3. Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an accountant or general accountant.

- Proficient in office.

- Capable of teamwork.

- Careful, honest, responsible in work.

- Proficient in the use of accounting software.
