SOWING SEEDS MOVEMENTS OF MEGA VIETNAM TRADING LIMITED COMPANY 

2021 is a struggling year with challenges and difficulties. However, with the consensus and contribution of each employee in the company as well as the strong leadership of the Board of Directors, Mega has become successful. The sales milestone that has been reached has a great contribution from the efforts of the employees of MVT (Mega Vietnam General Trading Limited Company. 

The "Sowing seeds" movement has become a bright spot to help MVT's individuals strive to create good results.

From September 1, 2021, the "Sowing seeds" movement was launched with a deadline until December 31, 2021, with the attention and enthusiastic response of all members.

Based on the transparent and clear factors that have been set forth, the Department and individuals with the highest scores were honored in the Final Program at the end of 2021.

Mega Vietnam and MVT are pleased to honor Sales Department 3 winning the first prize, excellently reaching 44 points, in which is the contribution of members: Mr. Nguyen Van Viet, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Huy and Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet. The award is the result of the members' efforts not only during the 4 months of launching the movement, but also the result of the team's consensus and efforts during the bonding time.

Prominent among them, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet was honored with the title of the best individual in the "Sowing seeds" movement. With a journey of nearly 2 years with Mega Vietnam, Ms. Nguyet shared her feeling of pride when she was able to reap the results in the past year, and at the same time felt lucky to be able to accompany her brothers and sisters in the Company.
