The best department in 2020 is the Accounting Department - an important department with a core role in the company. In 2020, with the working spirit: "Professional" in work style and skills; "Pioneer" in the proposal, creativity in innovation; "Effective" in using time and resources, the Accounting Department has gained many meaningful achievements such as Award for the best 5S implementation department of the year, Award for personnel with the best Kaizen of the year (belongs to Ms.Dang Thi Huong).

With the high determination, and the persistent working spirit already in 2020, I wish the Accounting Department success and steady steps to achieve more success in the New Year of 2021.

The best personnel in 2020 honors Ms. Vu Thi Hoa - Chief Accountant of Mega Vietnam Chemical Company. She is a person with a quick demeanor and is always careful in the process of handling work. In 2020, she has successfully completed the assigned tasks as well as had the right guidance for the Accounting Department to achieve much success in both her work and the company's movement activities such as 5S and Kaizen. The new staff of the department is also cared for and guided by her methodically, contributing to creating quality human resources in the company.
