KNB 35L RUBBER

KUMHO KNB 35L is an NBR (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Copolymer) rubber, which is manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization technology.

KUMHO KNB 35L has medium Acrylonitrile content (ACN), providing excellent mechanical properties and machinability and blending.

KNB 35L rubber is resistant to petroleum, aromatic oils, vegetable oils, and fats.

KNB 35L has good fatigue resistance, good resistance to compression deformation. Good wear resistance and air permeability are better than butyl rubber if the acrylonitrile content is high. Nitrile rubber adheres well to metals, especially on the cleaned metal surface with a solution of 15% CS chloroprene in toluene solvent.

The aging resistance of nitrile rubber is relatively high: it can be used at 90 °C, at 120 °C for 40 days, and at 150°C for 3 days. With good compressive strain resistance, corrosion resistance, it can be used in roller printing technology.
