1. Introduction to paraffin oil

Paraffin oil, also known as white oil is a product of pure crude oil. Paraffin oil is colorless, transparent, odorless. It can be dissolved in ether, chloroform, cylinder, and benzene but not in water and ethanol. With its high purity, Paraffin oil has excellent antioxidant and chemical stability properties. Since it can provide a stable heat source, paraffin oil is widely used in the production of lights, candles, light oils, medicine, cosmetics, food, rubber production, and some other industries.

Besides solvent treatment, 150N paraffin oil is group II base oil is also produced with a hydro-cracking process, so at present: sulfur content <0.01% (usually 20-40 ppm) composition aromatic <1% (100 ppm), viscosity index 105-115.

150N paraffin oil’s advantages are better antioxidant properties, clearer color, higher indexes than Group I base oil, hence, it has a higher price.

How to store paraffin oil 150N

- In a sheltered warehouse

- Avoid sunlight and exposure to fire

- Not exceeding 60 ° C.
