AC3000 POWDER

1. Overview

- Chemical formula: C2H4N4O2

- AC foaming agent or the chemical name Azodicarbonamide (AC) is the most commonly used organic additive in foaming agents capable of generating gas through chemical reactions and creating a foamy, porous structure in a polymer matrix.

- Structure:

- CO, CO2, and NH3 are produced at high temperatures by thermal decomposition of organic or inorganic substances, which are trapped in the polymer in the form of bubbles to form a foamy product.

2. Properties

- The product is light in weight, saves raw materials, and still ensures quality

- The output product will have improved thermal and sound insulation properties.

- Helps increase the durability of the plastic structure, minimizing shrinkage and protrusion on the plastic surface.

- The decomposition temperature can be reduced up to 155°C when using an expansion agent. The stimulants can be metal compounds (such as ZnO, ZnSt, Ba-Zn, and K-Zn systems or lead salts) or organic compounds (such as acids, and urea).
